Customized Gifts

Qualifying drinkware orders can unlock an optional customized gift. This page explains eligibility, claiming, design submission, delivery and what happens if an order is changed or returned.

Eligibility

A qualifying merchandise subtotal of US$49, US$99 or US$149 unlocks the gift tier shown on the site. Eligibility is calculated after discounts and before tax and shipping. Customized gifts, taxes, shipping charges and other non-qualifying amounts do not count toward the threshold.

One free gift may be claimed per order. The gift is optional: you may purchase drinkware without selecting one, and no gift value will be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund if no gift was claimed.

How to claim your gift

1. Add qualifying drinkware to your cart.
2. Choose an eligible customized gift from the tier unlocked by your merchandise subtotal.
3. Add the gift before checkout and confirm that the cart shows the correct free-gift adjustment.
4. Save the design now, or use the design link connected to your order after checkout.

If a gift or option is unavailable, choose another eligible item shown on the site. A free gift has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred to a different order.

Design submission and production

You are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, images, placement, colours and other design details before saving. You must also have the right or permission to use anything you upload. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, hateful or otherwise prohibited content.

If the gift was included in your order, you can finish the design through the link in your order email or the My Designs area. The design link remains available for three months. Production begins only after the design is saved.

Once customization has been submitted, the item is made specifically from that approved design. It cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged because of a change of mind or an error in information supplied by the customer.

Delivery

Free customized gifts currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Regular drinkware has a wider delivery area. The available destination, shipping method and latest estimate are shown at checkout.

A customized gift may be produced or shipped separately from the drinkware in the same order. Tracking information is emailed when each shipment is on its way. See Shipping for the current delivery scope, cost and timing.

Cancellations, returns and product problems

Customized products are final sale after the personalization request has been submitted. A correctly produced item is not eligible for a free replacement, return or refund when the customer supplied incorrect text, imagery or other design information.

This does not remove your rights when 77cups causes the problem. If a customized gift arrives wrong, damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days after delivery with the order number and clear photos or video. Our first resolution is a replacement at no additional cost. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, or the replacement also has a verified defect, we provide the applicable refund or remedy.

Returning qualifying merchandise while keeping the gift

A free customized gift has a stated product value and a real production cost. If you return qualifying regular merchandise but keep the customized gift, the gift’s stated value is deducted from the merchandise refund.
