These terms explain the agreement between you and 77cups when you browse our store, submit a design or place an order.
Who we are
77cups.com is operated by LuminaLinking (Shen Zhen) International Trade Co., Ltd., an online retailer based in Shenzhen, China. Our mailing address is No. 448 Huangge Rd, 1A-0618, Longcheng St, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong 518172, China. You can contact us at support@77cups.com.
Products, prices and order acceptance
Product descriptions, dimensions, colors and photographs are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Handmade products and different screens may produce minor variations that are not defects.
Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Taxes, duties or other charges are displayed at checkout when collected by us; charges imposed separately by customs authorities or carriers may remain your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment for reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or product-data error, unavailable stock, an unsupported destination, prohibited customization content or inability to fulfil the order. If we cancel an order, we refund the amount paid for the cancelled merchandise.
Payment
Payments are processed by PayPal and its supported card services. Payment authorization is required before an order can be processed. We do not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
Free customized gift program
Eligible merchandise subtotals can unlock one free customized gift per order at the tier shown on the site—currently US$49, US$99 or US$149. Eligibility is calculated on qualifying merchandise after discounts and before tax and shipping. A gift does not count toward unlocking itself, and optional product upgrades remain chargeable.
The gift is optional: you must actively select and add it to your order. Gifts have a stated product value but no cash-redemption value. If qualifying merchandise is later returned while the customized gift is kept, the gift’s stated value is deducted from the refund. Full program details appear in our Customized Gifts policy.
Personalization and your content
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every name, image, logo, text and design you submit. You grant 77cups and our production providers a limited, non-exclusive license to copy, adapt and transmit that content only as needed to preview, manufacture, quality-check and deliver your order.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, deceptive or otherwise harmful. We may reject or cancel content that reasonably appears to violate these rules.
Personalization requests are transmitted for production promptly after an order is placed. Customer-approved or customer-submitted errors are not defects. Customized products are final sale except where we produced the item incorrectly, it arrived damaged or defective, or mandatory law provides otherwise.
Shipping, delivery and delays
We ship from China to the destinations shown at checkout. Dispatch and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, holidays, address problems or other events outside our reasonable control.
If we learn that we cannot ship within a promised time, we will provide the options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a revised date or cancelling the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. See our Shipping policy for current destinations and estimates.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Eligible non-customized items may be returned within 21 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds policy. Non-quality returns require the customer to pay tracked return shipping to China. A non-quality exchange also requires a US$13 reshipping fee.
Customized products cannot be cancelled after personalization is submitted. If you cancel or return qualifying regular merchandise while keeping a customized gift, the gift’s stated value is deducted from the refund. Wrong, damaged or defective items remain covered by our problem-resolution process.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account and order information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service at disruptive scale, introduce malicious code, misuse payment systems or use the site for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Except for customer-submitted content, the site, brand, product presentation, text, graphics, code and other materials are owned by or licensed to 77cups. You may use the site for personal shopping only and may not reproduce or commercially exploit our materials without permission.
Third-party services
The store relies on providers for hosting, payments, login, production, delivery, email, customer support and other functions. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply when you use their services. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their independent content or practices.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 77cups is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct or mandatory consumer remedies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to LuminaLinking (Shen Zhen) International Trade Co., Ltd. in the People’s Republic of China, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Any dispute should first be raised with our support team so we can try to resolve it directly.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms prospectively when the store, our services or applicable requirements change. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
