Where we ship
- Regular drinkware: United States, Canada and Mexico.
- Free customized gifts: United States delivery addresses only.
Checkout prevents unsupported destinations. We may add or remove destinations as our fulfillment coverage changes.
Processing & delivery estimates
Regular orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. A customized gift enters production only after its design has been saved.
The current standard-delivery estimate shown at checkout is 10–13 days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, address problems or other events outside our reasonable control.
Shipping charges
- Orders below US$49: US$13 standard delivery.
- Orders of US$49 or more: free standard delivery.
The free-shipping threshold is evaluated after discounts. The final method and charge available for your destination are shown at checkout.
Tracking
We email tracking information after a shipment is dispatched. Registered customers may also view order status in My Account.
Taxes, duties & address accuracy
Taxes or duties collected by 77cups are shown at checkout. Charges imposed separately by customs authorities or carriers remain the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; we cannot guarantee an address change after processing or shipment begins.
Delays or delivery problems
If tracking is unavailable, the parcel appears lost or the delivery estimate has passed, submit a request through FAQ & Contact Us or email support@77cups.com with your order number.
