This notice separates three different ideas: the original media 77cups creates for its Drinkware collection, the third-party materials associated with customized gifts, and any rights that may exist in a physical product itself.

77cups.com is operated by LuminaLinking (Shen Zhen) International Trade Co., Ltd. We use 77cups and 77cups.com as brand and source identifiers for our online store and Drinkware collection.

Unless a particular registration is expressly identified, nothing on this page represents that 77cups, 77cups.com, a logo, slogan or other brand element is registered as a trademark in any specific country. Registration of a domain name is also different from registration of a trademark.

Original media for our Drinkware collection

For the core Drinkware products sold by 77cups—including cups, glasses and other drinkware—we create and produce our own original product media. 77cups claims the copyright it owns or controls in that original creative work.

PhotographyOriginal product photographs, detail images, styled product scenes and other photographs created for our Drinkware listings.

VideoOriginal product videos, demonstrations, moving images, edits and audiovisual presentations created for Drinkware.

AudioOriginal spoken, ambient or other audio recordings created by 77cups for Drinkware content, where used.

Written and graphic contentOriginal product descriptions, editorial copy, diagrams, graphics and other creative presentation made for the Drinkware collection.

What this protects. This statement covers the original creative expression in our photographs, videos, audio, writing and graphics. Buying a cup gives you ownership of that purchased item; it does not transfer or license our product media.

Free customized gifts are outside this statement

The statement above that our Drinkware media is created by 77cups does not apply to the free customized gift program or to gift-product supplier mockups, production templates, personalization tools, manufacturing assets, customer-uploaded images, customer names, customer designs or other third-party materials used to produce a customized gift.

Those materials remain subject to the rights of the customer, supplier, platform, licensor or other applicable rights holder. Customer-submitted content is handled under the limited production license described in our Terms & Conditions.

Patents, product designs and physical goods

77cups does not claim that a Drinkware product is protected by a patent owned by 77cups unless we expressly identify that patent. This page also does not state that every product is unpatented or free of third-party patent, design, trademark or other rights; those rights are territorial and may belong to manufacturers, designers or other parties.

Copyright in a 77cups photograph or video is separate from any patent, industrial-design or other right that may exist in the physical cup shown. This notice is not a patent-clearance search, freedom-to-operate opinion or transfer of product-design rights.

Website content and third-party materials

Original website text, graphics and creative presentation made by 77cups are protected to the extent owned or controlled by us. Third-party software, payment marks, service names, supplier materials, customer content and other third-party assets remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their appearance on the site does not transfer ownership to 77cups or to a visitor.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may browse the site, purchase products, save order records and share direct links to our public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Unless we give prior written permission, you may not copy, download in bulk, republish, rehost, sell, license, alter, remove rights information from, or use our original Drinkware media in advertisements, marketplace listings, competing stores, commercial datasets, automated content libraries or other commercial materials.

Nothing in this notice removes any exception, limitation or user right that applies under mandatory law, including legally applicable quotation, criticism, review or fair-use rules.

Reporting suspected infringement

If you believe content on 77cups.com infringes a right you own or control, email support@77cups.com with the subject line Intellectual Property Notice and include:

Your name, contact details and relationship to the rights holder.
A clear description of the work, brand or other right you believe is affected.
The exact 77cups URL and enough information for us to identify the material.
The basis for your ownership or authority and the action you are requesting.
A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder or applicable law, together with your physical or electronic signature.

We may request additional information, restrict or remove material while reviewing a report, notify the person who supplied the material, or decline an unsupported request. Submitting a knowingly false or misleading report may create legal liability.

Changes and applicable law

We may update this notice when our content, ownership, suppliers or legal requirements change. This notice supplements our Terms & Conditions. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
