Information we collect
How and why we use information
- Process payments, confirm orders, create customized products, deliver purchases and handle returns.
- Create and maintain customer accounts, including optional Google sign-in.
- Answer questions, investigate quality issues and operate customer-support tickets.
- Prevent fraud, secure the site, diagnose failures and enforce our terms.
- Measure store usage and improve products, pages and customer experience.
- Send requested newsletters or promotional email; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Meet tax, accounting, legal, regulatory and dispute-resolution obligations.
Depending on the context and applicable law, we rely on the need to perform your order contract, your consent, our legitimate operational and security interests, or compliance with legal obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files or similar browser technologies that help the store function, remember choices and understand usage. Our consent banner allows you to accept, refuse or adjust non-essential cookies. Essential cookies cannot be disabled through the banner because the cart, checkout, account and security features depend on them.

Your cookie controls. Use the cookie banner or the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer to reopen your choices. You may also delete or block cookies in your browser, although blocking essential cookies can break store functions.
When information is shared
We share only what is reasonably necessary with providers that help operate the store, including:
- PayPal and payment providers for payment, fraud prevention and disputes.
- Google for optional Google sign-in and, when permitted by your cookie choice, Google Analytics 4 measurement.
- Hosting, security, analytics, email and support providers that operate our website and communications.
- Customization and production suppliers that receive the design and delivery details needed to manufacture personalized products.
- Warehouses, carriers and logistics providers that fulfil and deliver orders.
- Professional advisers, authorities or other parties when required to protect rights, investigate misuse, comply with law or complete a business transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently run third-party targeted-advertising pixels. If future analytics or advertising activity is treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law, we will provide the required notice and opt-out mechanism before relying on it.
International transfers
77cups is operated from China and serves customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Information may therefore be processed in China and in other countries where our payment, login, hosting, production, support or delivery providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. We use reasonable contractual, organizational and technical measures appropriate to the service and applicable requirements.
How long information is kept
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected: order and transaction records for applicable tax, accounting, warranty and dispute periods; account information while the account remains active; customization and support records while needed to fulfil the order and resolve issues; marketing information until you unsubscribe or we no longer need it; and technical logs according to operational, security and legal needs.
Deletion requests may not cover information we must retain for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, accounting or the establishment and defence of legal claims.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; opt out of marketing; or opt out of a legally defined sale or sharing.
California residents may have rights under the CCPA where that law applies. Canadian customers may have access and challenge rights under applicable federal or provincial privacy law. Mexican customers may exercise applicable ARCO rights—access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.

- We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity before acting on the request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and service-provider protections. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
The store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without appropriate authorization. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly.
